I started attending Cardio Core Circuits after hearing about it from a friend who told me he'd noticed a big difference in his fitness. After just a short few weeks I had noticed a big difference myself in my core and abs. The class does work on the areas most people, including myself, want to tone up... the middle region. The great thing is that's it not just an hour of sit ups, instead there are lots of excesses instructor Fergus shows us using medicine balls, kettle bells, weights, skipping ropes ect. He really seems to have done his home work about the various areas and work outs to tone, trim and reduce that spare tyre. Having small class sizes means that you get plenty of help from the instructor.


Some of the excercises you could do at home, but dont have the motivation to do on your own. Having some one there to encourage you, correct your technique and get the most out of the hour is some exactly what I need to get fit. It is a tough and challenging class and I do fell like I've had a good work out, after each class I can feel each muscle from my neck down to my knees.


The pay as you go option is handy so you dont have to make a commitment like in a gym. Also the time of the class for men is after work so its easy to make it. I really have notices a difference and aim to go at least one if not twice a week.

The core training class surfaced an interesting behaviour: During class I am challenged and struggling with the exercises, after class I am sore and shortly after I look forward to the next class.


I joined the core training about 1 year ago. At hindsight I do not mind that my wife manipulated me into joining. The structure of the cardio exercises changes every time which makes the classes interesting. Our instructor, Fergus is able to push me to my limit with his easy going but insisting style. The small class size allows Fergus to make sure that I am applying proper technique and execute the work-outs correctly. His caring nature becomes obvious every time when he reminds us not to forget to breath.


I am pleased and enjoy the fact that I am definitely fitter than I have been 12 months ago. My body is able to do exercises now, I would have considered undoable in the past.
