TAEKWON-DO for Senior Students **(13 yrs +)

Our Taekwon-do classes are ideal for those teens & adults who are looking for a life-long positive change in both their physical and mental fitness. Taekwon-do training will improve your ability to focus, deal with stress, and handle yourself with self-confidence. Classes incorporate a variety of traditional movements, forms/patterns, bag work, pad drills, stretching, strength exercises, and sparring drills. You need no equipment or previous levels of fitness to get started.

KICKBOXING for Senior Students (13 yrs +)

Our Kickboxing classes are ideal for those teens & adults interested in contact sparring, competition, and intense physical training. This martial art requires a "no pain, no gain" attitude. Our kickboxing classes incorporate detailed technique training, bag work, pad drills, stretching, strength exercises, and sparring. Contact sparring is involved. Our Kickboxing students attend competitions regularly, although this is not a requirement. You will need your own bag gloves to get started in our Kickboxing program.

HAPKIDO Self Defence for Senior Students (8 yrs +)

Our Hapkido classes are ideal for adults with a strong interest in practical self-defence techniques. A versatile martial art, Hapkido is traditional, beautiful, but also very practical. Students can very quickly develop practical skills that may be applied to real self-defence scenarios. Classes involve kicking, blocking, pressure points, wrist/arm locks, falling, and other skills. Training will improve physical flexibility and mental focus.





Classes:

Tuesday: 6.30pm - 7.30pm (ages 8yrs +)

Saturday: 10am - 11am (ages 8yrs +)
