*** Because this event is Adults Only, it should not be a very long like most tournaments ***

This event is open to both Taekwondo & Kickboxing styles for Adults aged 18 and over.

Spectactors: Free Admission

- Pre-Registration and pre-payment of €15 required before 16th March

- Belt Level & Current weight in kg also required in order to organise matched fights

Requirements

All sparring will be light-continuous. Participants must have 10oz closed fingered gloves or boxing gloves, headguard, footguards, shinguards. groinguard, gumshield. Beginners can borrow sparring gear, but must have their own gumshield and groinguard.
